A fun time making at the art club this morning (we had to retreat inside due to the very windy weather).
We had all noticed lots of litter on the streets so didn’t need to much inspiration for colouring in our found posters and designing our own ones.
Colour and shapes were looked at when we put together our city scene…
Then experimented with printing on snow using white paint and bubble wrap!
Look out for this picture being displayed in our Art Club frame soon!
Everyone enjoyed getting stuck in finding different objects and bits n bobs to fill our ice sculpture blocks with.
Getting creative with the nature items.
Very proud of the creations. Looking forward to seeing them hanging outside on a cold day once they have been frozen.
Later on some of us took part in a local litter pick on Ayres Road
And took the opportunity to display our found posters on trees and lampposts.
Take a walk down Ayres Road and see if you can spot yours!
We’ll done everyone!
